Personal Information Collected
1. GFA receives and collects information provided by you to this site, such as the names and e-mail addresses of those who submit applications for membership to our affiliate FPCO, applications, or communicate with us via e-mail.
Use of Personal Information Collected
1. GFA reserves the right to share your personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your e-mail address, postal address, and telephone number with its affiliate FPCO members only.
2. GFA may use the information that NAFs provide to us to improve the content of our site, and in the promotion and organizing of North American Fathers [NAF] to unite in organizing an association to be known as FATHERS PREVENTING CHILD OBESITY [FPCO].
GFA may use the information collected by our web server to help us track our NAFs to be able to organize under the rights of people first, based on the principles of the democracy system, of one man one vote, to elect one voice representative of members of each Province, by Province, each State by State, in unison with one voice from FPCO from across the International board of North America.
3. GFA may also use the information we collect to bring to light, investigate, monitor, forestall, and take legal action against suspected child abuses, such as the mandating or compelling children into a sedentary lifestyle. We may use the information for legal proceedings, such as responding to claims opposing the exercising of NAF legal rights, to legally organize and exercise, with impunity a Father's duty, which one is bound by any just, moral, legal, or customary grounds; and the natural rights, with which mankind is supposedly endowed by nature, and inalienable right of all men. The duty one is bound by any natural, legal, or moral obligation, and responsibility to defend and forestall against any forces of infirm ill causing debilities which sedentary lifestyle brings to bear on defenseless infant children from any third party, no matter where the third party exists, or is being influenced from imposing ill will upon a Father's children.
